Happy Thanksgiving!

This is a quick blog for my American relatives just to say 'Happy Thanksgiving!' Last year was my first introduction to this holiday and I have to say I enjoyed it immensely. I mean what's not to like? Family, food and LOTS of pie (as Eric helpfully illustrates below). Hope you are all having a great day. Wish we were there.

Happy Thanksgiving Eric and Kusi. We did have fun last year, didn't we. Just peeled 15 pounds of potatoes to take to Sally and baked five pies. I need three just for the Kirbys and two will go to Sal's. Can't wait to see you at Christmas. Love Therese et al

I missed Thanksgiving and Dad's birthday too. I only had one invitation to dinner, but they are Republican/Bush people, and I wouldn't have fit in with them. They were going to Richmond, VA and I would have missed the football games. My day wasn't so bad because I took a walk, went to the gym, played tennis, and watched NFL games. My Thanksgiving was all about tennis since I got to play 3 days in a row, and Roger Federer won the Masters' Championship last weekend.
I'm glad we'll see you at Christams.
Love,
Ceci

It's weird how our mom can make pies simultaneously in Michigan AND in West Virginia...
